Kelly C. Parks

My name is Kelly C. Parks. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, and I have been a practicing attorney since I joined the Ohio Bar in 2012. In my twelve years of practicing law, I have represented hundreds of clients in family law, estate planning, and probate cases. I am in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court bar admissions office and I have never been subject to a malpractice claim or ethics complaint. Over the years I have developed a strong ongoing practice in family legal services ranging from domestic relations (divorce, custody, post-decree issues) to probate law (estate probate, adoptions, guardianships) to estate and trust planning, elder law, and Medicaid services.
