Jennifer is a member/partner of Brosius, Johnson & Griggs, LLC, and practices local government, real estate development, and condominium, planned community, and association law. She represents and advises public bodies, including boards of trustees and zoning boards, regarding issues in administrative, court and other proceedings. Jennifer also represents condominium and homeowners associations in general matters, including enforcing provisions of the organizational documents. She also has experience preparing organizational documents for those communities. Jennifer has presented on several topics involving public bodies and planned communities, including zoning enforcement, cemeteries, public meetings, and common interest communities. She also meets with condominium and homeowners associations to advise them on the different issues and responsibilities of the communities. Jennifer has written articles in publications on Ohio townships and local government law, including issues regarding zoning, land use and general concerns for public entities.
